I just got an invite from Poetry.com to attend their award cermony for 2007-2008. Apparently, I'm a nominee for Poet Of The Year.



And it's in Las Vegas.



I looked it up. The cheapest tickets for three people I could find would cost $1,728. And that doesn't include hotels, rental cars or food. Plus the $75 fee to actually go to the convention.
